DINNER IN A SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. uncooked pasta shells
1 c. water
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese; remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes until cheese melts. 4 to 6 servings.
