THICK-FRUIT MILK SHAKE 
1 c. milk
2 med. bananas, frozen
1 c. frozen peaches, strawberries or blueberries
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. honey
5 lg. ice cubes

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients, but ice cubes and blend; gradually adding ice cubes until smooth. 4 servings.
