1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. bread crumbs or oatmeal
1/4 c. milk
1/2 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place mixture in loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for one hour. Drain off excess liquid and serve. Serves 4-6.
