1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. minced onion
1 pkg. Schilling's Meat Loaf Seasoning
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 lbs. lean beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. catsup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5x3 inch pan. Crush Ritz crackers. In medium sized bowl, combine cracker crumbs, onion, seasoning, eggs, beef, sausage, salt, milk and 1/4 cup catsup. Mix well and press into greased pan. Spread top with remaining 1/4 cup catsup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
