STRAWBERRY VELVET JELLO SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. orange juice

Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese and orange juice; set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, then add 1/2 cup reserved juice. Blend Jello into cheese mixture; chill until slightly thickened; fold in strawberries. Pour into 1 quart mold; chill until firm.
