QUICK HASH BROWNS 
1 sm. onion
1 potato (I mix sweet & white)
1 tbsp. flour (to hold together)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients except oil. Heat oil in small frying pan. When oil is hot divide potato mixture in half and fry for 35 seconds on both sides.

Spread with sour cream, your favorite topping, or serve with applesauce for a hearty, different breakfast. Recipe can be doubled.
