1/2 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. butter, softened 2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cheese, butter, flour and salt. Add Rice Krispies. Form ball from teaspoon and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with base of glass that has been greased and floured. Bake about 10 minutes. Makes about 7-8 dozen. A real treat for cheese lovers and something different. |
