STUFFED POTATOES 
6 lg. baking potatoes
6 strips bacon, diced
1/2 sm. onion, diced
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash Tabasco

Bake potatoes and cool slightly. Cut top off potato and remove potato from the jacket carefully. Saute bacon and onion. Mix potato, bacon and grease, onion and all other ingredients. Mash with potato masher. Refill potato skins with potato mixture. Brush with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
