GREEN BEAN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients and place in casserole. top with this mixture of:

1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds, if desired

Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
