GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. quick cook rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 can (15 oz. each) tomato sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine ground chuck, onions, green pepper, rice, salt and pepper in large skillet and brown. Pour off excess grease after cooking. Then add chili powder, tomato sauce and one cup of the cheese. Cook on low heat about 15 minutes.

Pour contents into large casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
