PEACHY CAKE TORTE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 #303 size can Del Monte sliced peaches (in syrup) 4 eggs 1 pt. whipping cream Sugar to taste Vanilla to taste Beat peaches and syrup with mixer. Add cake mix and eggs; beat well. Pour evenly into 2 round cake pans (grease and flour). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool. Cut layers in half to make 4 layers. Beat whipping until stiff adding sugar and vanilla to your liking. Put one layer on platter top with 1/ of whipped cream continue with remaining layers. Do not cover sides, this is a torte. Enjoy! |
