LINGUINE IN CLAM SAUCE 
3 garlic cloves
1/2 c. melted butter
Sliced mushrooms
2 cans minced clams
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
8 oz. linguine or spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Combine spaghetti with mushroom mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.
