GREEN TOMATO PIE 
2 unbaked pie shells
3 lg. green tomatoes
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Cook tomatoes until tender. After thickening, add sugar, cinnamon and salt. Mix together and pour into crust. Put a crust on top. Cut small holes in top crust. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
