PECAN - MUSTARD GLAZED CHICKEN 
4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 stick butter
8-10 tbsp. mustard
Ground pecans
8 oz. sour cream
Pepper

Pound chicken breasts and lightly pepper. Melt butter and add 4-6 tablespoons mustard. Dip chicken in butter-mustard mixture, then roll in pecans. Place in lightly greased casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix together 4 tablespoons mustard, sour cream and any pan drippings from chicken.

To serve: Place sour cream sauce on bottom and lay chicken on top. Heat briefly.
