PECAN - GLAZED HAM 
1 1/2 lb. boneless ham
1 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. pecan halves

Place ham on rack in baking pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. During the last 30 minutes of baking, pour 1/3 cup maple syrup over the top of the ham. In a saucepan, heat remaining syrup with pecan halves. Simmer for 5 minutes. When ham is ready to serve, spread pecan halves on top, then pour remaining syrup over the surface. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Note: A delightful Southern dish to serve with ham is Country Corn Pudding.
