MOM'S PERFECT FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
8 oz. miniature marshmallows
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips (18 oz.)
1/2 c. butter
2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In a heavy large saucepan, put the sugar and evaporated milk. Bring slowly to a rolling boil, let boil no longer than 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and butter. After melted add 2 cups nuts and vanilla. Spread on a large ungreased pan. Cool and cut.
