BREAD SALAD 
1 loaf bread, crusts removed
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. mayonnaise
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 cans shrimp or crab meat

Butter each slice of bread lightly and cube. Mix together with celery, onion, and mayonnaise. Toss and chill overnight. Before serving, add eggs and shrimp or crab meat. Toss.
