BEEF CABBAGE SOUP 
1 (1 1/2 lb.) ground chuck
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian or Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
5 c. water

Brown ground chuck and drain thoroughly. Put ground chuck and all other ingredients in soup pot. Mix and cook over low heat for approximately 90 minutes.
