AUNT BEA'S TART 
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese

Whip until fluffy. Add pinch of salt and 1 cup flour.

Set mixture in refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out paper thin. Cut with cookie cutter. Fill with your choice of preserves. Fold circle in half over preserves and press edges with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Do not brown.
