CHAFING DISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. good ground beef
1 tbsp. dry onion flakes
1/3 c. dry breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix meat mixture well. Form into 1 inch balls. Chill and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile make sauce.

SAUCE:

1 bottle chili sauce, plus equal amount of water
1 sm. jar grape jelly

Combine and bring to a boil. Set aside. When meatballs come out of oven, drain well. Pour sauce over. Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes. Serve in chafing dish with pineapple and green pepper chunks.
