1ST LOVE CHILI FOR TWO 
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. lean coarse ground beef
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
2 whole cloves
1 bay leaf and 1 sm. cinnamon stick
2 tbsp. ground red chili concarde
1 (16 oz.) can plum tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans

Add the first three ingredients in a pan; cook and drain grease. In a Dutch oven, add all the other ingredients and mix the meat mixture in. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Then remove cinnamon stick, cloves, and bay leaf. Simmer another 15-20 minutes. Ready to serve.
