NO - COOK - NOODLES LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
6 oz. (1 1/2 c. shredded) Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
9 lasagna noodles
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef then drain off grease. Add spaghetti sauce. Mix egg-cheeses mixture well, except 1/2 cup Mozzarella, plus oregano. Place 3-uncooked lasagna noodles in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Measure 1 1/3 cups meat mixture. Spread over noodles. Use large spoon to spread half of egg-cheese mixture over the meat mixture in the baking dish. Repeat layers:

3 noodles, 1 1/3 cups meat mixture, top with 3 noodles, remaining meat mixture, measure 3/4 cup hot water.

Pour into baking dish around all 4 edges. Cover baking dish with foil. Press foil to sides of the baking dish. Bake 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven, sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Let stand 10 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
