LASAGNA (NO BAKE NOODLES) 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
Salt and pepper
1 (48 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 box lasagna noodles (whole wheat or artichoke)
24 oz. lowfat cream cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

In pan, brown onion and garlic in oil. Add turkey and brown, drain all oil. Add Prego spaghetti sauce and bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, some salt and pepper and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

Arrange half the noodles in greased 9x13x2 inch dish. Spread with half the hot meat sauce. Top with half the grated Mozzarella cheese and half the cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layers and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
