MRS. CROCKERS WHITE BREAD 
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
Add 4 to 5 c. all purpose flour, 1 cup at a time to form stiff dough

Pour onto floured board and knead approximately 5 minutes. Put in greased bowl, cover, and let rise until double in size, approximately 1 hour.

Punch down, divide in half. Knead and put in greased loaf pans. Let rise. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on racks.
