ICE CREAM CAKE 
Devils food chocolate cake mix
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Red & blue food coloring

Bake cake according to package directions and cool. Works best when you use 3 small layers and split them once cooled.

Cream the cheese and sugars together until smooth. Mix in Cool Whip then the vanilla. Divide into half and color 1/2 with red food coloring, the other with blue. Alternate layers of icing. Refrigerate and serve as needed.
