HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1 c. sugar
Cracker crumbs
Butter

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Cut pineapple into chunks. Combine juice and sugar and boil until it makes a light syrup. Place in a 9" casserole and cover with crumbled crackers. Dot with butter. Pour syrup mixture over this and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Great with ham or chops. Serves 4 to 6.
