ORIENTAL FISH STEAKS 
2 lbs. fish steaks
1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lg. orange, sliced

Arrange fish steaks in a shallow baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over fish and let marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once. Cover and microwave for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is flaky and no longer translucent in the center. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
