3 envelopes instant hot chocolate mix
1/2 c. freezer dried coffee
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. non-dairy creamer
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine and thoroughly mix all ingredients. To serve: Place 1 to 2 well rounded teaspoons of mix in coffee mugs. Add boiling water stirring well. Makes 2 cups mix.
