Round steak
1 tsp. mustard
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. ketchup
Pinch of sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. onions
2 tbsp. bell pepper

Mix ingredients, pour over steak. Cover pan with Reynold's Wrap and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Pour drippings into gravy bowl. Good over mashed potatoes.
