2 lbs. round steak, floured & browned
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Place meat in crock pot and add other ingredients. Cook for 5 hours. This is good to put it in in the A.M. if you're going off for the day. Can be served over rice or noodles or good alone.
