BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter

Mix 1 cup Bisquick with melted butter. Set aside. Place cooked broccoli i 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix soup with milk until smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top of broccoli. Top with Bisquick mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until topping is brown.
