CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni (about 5 oz.)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken or turkey
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms (stems and pieces) drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients; pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole, cover. Bake 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
