CASHEW ROAST 
1 1/2 c. Vegetarian Burger
1 c. cashews ground
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lg. onion, chopped & sauteed
1/2 c. soy milk
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. yeast flakes
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 tsp. McKays Chicken Style seasoning
Pinch of garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Place in an oiled 1 1/4 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until nicely browned. Serves 6.
