CASHEW ROAST 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
The juice from mushrooms and enough water to fill 8 oz. can
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
5 oz. chow mein noodles
1/4 lb. (1 c.) raw cashews

Combine all ingredients and place in casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered, and then 1/2 hour, uncovered.
