MARINATED MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD 
A variety of vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, peppers, celery, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, etc), chunked
1 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil

Chunk vegetables in a bowl and marinate 4 hours, stirring occasionally. If you use radishes, add them just before serving as they will fade. For marinade, combine vinegar, seasoning salt and sugar. Shake together vigorously and then add 1/4 cup salad oil.
