BEST OATMEAL 
1/4 c. raisins
1 med. apple, peeled & diced
1 banana, sliced
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. bran
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 c. water

Boil water, orange juice and fruit in saucepan. Add oatmeal and bran. Add cinnamon and raisins. Turn off heat, but leave pan on burner, stirring constantly 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour in bowls.
