MINI BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground round steak
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 tbsp. evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. fine cracker crumbs

Combine all ingredients and shape into walnut-sized meatballs. Chill 1 hour. Deep fry 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
