PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. skim milk
3 tbsp. brown sugar substitute
6 pkgs. artificial sweetener (equal to 12 tsp. sugar)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tbsp. reduced-calorie butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. each ginger and cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 c. pumpkin
6 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put all ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend well for 3-5 minutes. Pour into 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie plate (needs no crust). Bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Tastes good warm and great cold. Makes 4 servings.
