FISHERMAN LITE FILLETS 
1/2 c. Lite Italian dressing
1 sm. green pepper, cut in strips
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. fish fillets
1 med. tomato coarsely chopped

In large skillet, heat dressing and cook green pepper and onion until tender. Add fish and tomato; simmer covered 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve, if desired, over rice. 150 calories, 4 g. carbohydrated, 19 g protein, 510 mg. sodium, 7 g fat.
