STIR FRY 
1 lb. beef pork or shrimp
1 lb. pea pods
1/2 lb. broccoli, cauliflower, mini corn, onions or any other vegetables
3 lb. soy sauce
1 tsp. MSG
2 tbsp. Chinese molasses
Sesame oil for frying
Rice

Cook meat in 2 tablespoons oil on high heat until done. Remove. Add each vegetable, one at a time until done, crisp tender. Combine meat and vegetables, soy sauce and MSG. Cook 5 more minutes. Add molasses. Serve over cooked rice.
