1/2 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (20 oz.) pkgs. Oreo cookies, crushed (not too fine)

Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. In another bowl mix milk, pudding and whipped topping. Combine mixture. Remove white centers from about 4 cookies and freeze. Divide cookies into thirds. Put 1/3 crushed cookies in bottom of foil lined clay pot or plastic sand pail. Add 1/2 of pudding mixture. Top with 1/3 of cookies. Then remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining cookie crumbs. Break centers that were frozen into small pieces and sprinkle on top. Wrap stem of artificial flowers and place in center of pot.
