SHERRY'S APPLE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can apple pie slices or filling

FROSTING:

2 sm. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake: Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil and sugar. Add flour, cinnamon and soda. Add salt gradually to egg mixture. Fold in apples. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is hot top with frosting.
