SAUSAGE QUICHE 
Pastry for 9-inch quiche pan or pie pan
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. whole basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Paprika

Cook sausage, drain; combine sausage with next 7 ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into pie shell, top with cheese. Combine milk and eggs, beat until foamy. Pour over cheese, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes until cheese melts and quiche sets.
