PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 sm. pkg. regular vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, sliced and save juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, pudding, and baking powder. Combine the egg, milk, and melted butter and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well and spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Drain the peaches, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. Chop the peaches and sprinkle over the batter. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and reserved peach juice. pour over top of peaches in the pan. Combine 1 tablespoon and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. This recipe serves 9.
