PEANUT BUTTER CUP TEMPTATIONS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. water
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 pkg. miniature peanut butter cups

Also needed: Miniature muffin tin.

Cream peanut butter, shortening, and sugars. Stir in baking mix. Shape dough into balls that fill the miniature muffin depressions about 2/3 of the way. Place in tins lightly greased with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes.

Remove cookies from oven. Gently press a miniature peanut butter cup into each cookie. Be careful because the cups will begin to melt. Cool cookies in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before trying to remove them from pan. Cookies that are still warm will break.
