SALTED PEANUT CHEWS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine above ingredients until crumbly. Press in bottom of jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Watch closely. Sprinkle 3 cups (until covered) with miniature marshmallows and return to oven 2-3 minutes, until they begin to puff. Cool.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. white syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. peanuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Heat syrup, vanilla, butter and chips until melted and smooth. Stir in peanuts and Rice Krispies. Immediately spoon over marshmallows and spread to cover. Cut into bars. These freeze well.
