CRAB COCKTAIL SALAD 
Fresh grapefruit (or canned grapefruit sections)
Finely shredded lettuce (or cabbage)
Crabmeat, fresh cooked or canned
Grated cheeses: Cheddar, American, etc.
Chili sauce (or mixture of catsup, horseradish, lemon juice)
Mayonnaise
Hard-cooked eggs
Chopped parsley

Peel grapefruit and separate sections from membrane (or drain canned sections). Arrange greens on salad plates; top with grapefruit sections. Place crabmeat in center and top with a paste made of the grated cheese, chili sauce, mayonnaise and other desired seasonings. Sprinkle with chopped eggs, either whole or choice of whites or yellows. Garnish with parsley, if desired or a sprinkle of paprika.
