CRAB DELIGHT SALAD 
1 pkg. Crab Delight legs (9-12)
1 tbsp. minced onion (or to taste)
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 sm. cans pineapple, chunked
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced

Drain pineapple and watercress, as dry as possible. Cut Crab Delight "legs" into thirds, pull apart thirds in 1/4 inch sections similar to noodles. Sliver watercress and cut pineapple chunks in half.

Mix crab, pineapple, watercress, minced onion, and Miracle Whip in medium mixing bowl. Pineapple rings may be used as a garnish on top of salad. Let sit for 2 or more hours. Serve chilled.
