ORANGE DELIGHT JELLO SALAD 
2 c. mandarin oranges
5 c. crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. orange juice concentrate
6 oz. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water

TOPPING:

4 oz. instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix Jello with boiling water, stir until jello is dissolved. Add orange juice concentrated pineapple and mandarin oranges. Put into 2 quart bowl and allow to gel until firm.

TOPPING: Mix the pudding and milk together according to package directions. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of Jello. Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Garnish with orange curls. Serves 16.
