3 oz. orange Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts - pecans
1/3 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Pour boiling water over Jello and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Set this mixture aside to thicken. Blend cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add sugar; fold in Cool Whip and stir until smooth. Add thickened Jello, pineapple (drained) and nuts. Pour in mold and chill for 4 hours.

NOTE: You may change the flavor of Jello - example strawberry delight.
